Important Note for Fresh Produce
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, all refund/return requests must be made within **2 hours** of delivery. A photo/video proof showing the defect is mandatory.
1. Eligibility for Return/Refund
You are eligible for a refund or return only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, rotten, or expired upon arrival.
- The incorrect product was delivered (e.g., delivered spinach instead of coriander).
- Missing items from your order (subject to verification with delivery records).
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Items that have been intentionally damaged or consumed partially.
- Products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery.
- Minor differences in size, colour, or weight of natural products which are inherent to fresh produce.
3. How to Request a Refund/Return
To initiate a request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team immediately via email at Kimkarttrade@rediffmail.com or phone.
- Provide your Order ID and detailed explanation of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the faulty/damaged product.
4. Processing and Timeline
- Verification: Once we receive your request and photo proof, our quality team will verify the claim, typically within 24-48 hours.
- Refund Method:
- For successful claims, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI) or as Kimkart Wallet credit.
- Cash payments (COD) will be refunded via UPI or Wallet credit only.
- Timeline: Refunds to the original source may take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policy. Wallet credit is usually instant.
