  2. Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Kimkart shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
  3. Perishable Goods: The user acknowledges the inherent risk of purchasing fresh produce and agrees that the Refund Policy (Section 3) governs quality issues.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

  1. Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by Kimkart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
  2. Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. Kimkart is not liable for delays due to uncontrollable factors (traffic, weather, etc.).
  3. Non-Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, Kimkart reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee or cancel the order.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
